GRYNINGSLOPPET TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL

These general terms and conditions apply to the Dawn Race, arranged by Made in Trelleborg/Firma Lotta Wahlqvist, Mörtvägen 7, 231 92 Trelleborg, and XXX

By purchasing a starting place, you agree to the Dawn Race's general terms and conditions.

Please note that there is a time limit for the implementation of the Dawn Race and you are aware of and accept that we may therefore end the race before you have crossed the finish line.

Your starting place is personal and you may not let anyone else run/cycle in your name. However, you can notify us that you are giving your starting place to someone else, see below.

We do everything we can to provide as accurate information as possible. However, we reserve the right to any errors in the information flow.

2. REFUND AND RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

Registration is considered final and you are not entitled to a refund of the entry fee.

You may be able to get your entry fee refunded if you become ill or injured, if you contact us no later than the day before the race.

3. CHANGE OF PARTICIPANT NAME

Registration for the Gryningsloppet is personal and you may not let anyone else run the race in your name. Changing the participant name can be done no later than the day before the race.

4. PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you purchase a starting place for the Gryningsloppet, you provide your name, email address and telephone number and thereby agree that we use the information submitted to reach you.

If we do not have your email address, we cannot send you a start certificate or notify you of any news.

By accepting these general terms and conditions, you accept 1) that your name is published in our start and result lists, 2) that any pictures of yourself are published on social media and on websites and 3) that any pictures and films of you can be used for marketing purposes, see below.

5. MARKETING

We will have photographers on site.

By accepting these general terms and conditions, you agree that images and films may be used on websites, in advertisements and printed materials without requiring special compensation.

6. PAYMENT

7. BOOKING CONFIRMATION

After you have registered, we will send you a booking confirmation via email within seven days.

8. LIABILITY

Participation in the Gryningsloppet is at your own risk and we cannot therefore be held liable if you injure yourself or if your clothes or equipment are damaged or lost during the race.

We cannot be held liable for any damage that occurs due to you in any respect violating our general terms and conditions, rules or instructions that apply to the race.

Made in Trelleborg/Firma Lotta Wahlqvist and XXX are exempt from liability in the event of a natural disaster, war, pandemic or other serious spread of infection, government decisions and comparable events beyond our control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen and which affect purchases or commitments made on our part (for example, our ability to arrange a race).

If the Gryningsloppet is cancelled due to an event beyond our control or with regard to the safety of the participants, you do not have the right to demand a refund of the entry fee or demand other compensation.
