SO, WHAT IS ANKAN?
We introduced Ankan yesterday and it seems our little November idea has already caught a few people's attention.
So, a little more about what we're planning…
12 places. One table. Four courses.
Ankan will be an intimate four-course dinner around our communal table at the lighthouse, with duck at the heart of the evening.
Dinner begins at 18:00.
But if you'd like to make a little more of the evening, Tudehuset will be open beforehand for drinks and snacks. Come early, have a glass, something small to eat, and then wander over to the lighthouse when it's time to take your seat.
